Dear Refer,

The first induction of MPRB members (elite members) known as COT took place in Phuket in August 2008.

7 members were successful in the induction process in which the 'coup de esprit' was the main criteria. All COT were briefed in great detail the 'direction' of MPRB, the culture that we uphold and the philosophy that we advocate in MPRB family.

MPRB would like to extend the induction process to all members gradually, and the second induction candidates have been identified.
We would like to take these candidates to a venue outside our domain or territory and a venue is currently being finalised.

I would like to congratulate, Fauzi, Bahtiyar, Sila (regardless being 9 months pregnant at that time), Darlis, Sam, Hasnu and zaki for being the first MPRB members inducted as COT.

The preparation for the second induction is underway. 6 - 8 candidates made the list. the venue will be announced after HR. but I'm seeing gutz in the picture.
